Drafting and actualization of the registered order and plan

The registered order and plan are prepared by us in accordance with the Law No 395/2002 on archives and registries according to the needs and requirements of our clients. We base our service on the analysis of your current practice in management and administration of documents. Upon the analysis we present you with a draft of the registered order and plan, which will be adjusted according to your comments and approval. The final product of those documents will be presented to you in electronic form.

Instruction on registered order and plan are offered, if our client requests so. By mens of these conferences we offer interpretation of provisions of the Law No 395/2002 on archives and registries as well as Regulation No 628/2002 and their application in registered order and plan to your staff responsible for registry. On the representative sample of your records we instruct your employers how to sort registered records, mark and store them in accordance with the new regulations so that your registered records would be kept in compliance with the effective legislation.
